How to Request Account Deletion

- Open the Rescue Rituals mobile app on your device
- Navigate to the Profile screen (accessible from the bottom navigation menu)
- Tap the “Delete Account” button located at the bottom of the Profile screen
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
What Data is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:
- Profile Information: Your name, email address, phone number, profile picture, and all personal details
- Pet Data: Any pets you have registered, including pet profiles, photos, videos, and related information
- Chat Messages: All chat conversations and messages associated with your account
- Meeting Requests: All meeting requests, scheduled meetings, and meeting history
- Payment Information: Payment records and transaction history (note: some financial records may be retained as required by law)
- Account Settings: All preferences, settings, and customizations
- Location Data: Stored location information associated with your account
Important Notes:
- Permanent Deletion: Once your , all associated data is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. This action is irreversible.
- Processing Time: Account deletion is typically processed immediately upon confirmation. However, some data may remain in backup systems for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.

- Exploitation of Minors: Any activity that exploits, harms, or endangers children in any way.
- Inappropriate Content Involving Minors: Any content that is inappropriate, harmful, or exploitative when involving individuals under the age of 18.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Rescue Rituals maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or activity that:
- Depicts, describes, or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation

Reporting and Enforcement

- Immediate Reporting: Report it immediately through our in-app reporting feature or contact us directly at admin@myrescuerituals.com with the subject line “Child Safety Violation Report”.
- Law Enforcement: We will immediately report any suspected CSAE to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement agencies.
- Account Termination: Any user found to have violated these standards will have their account immediately and permanently terminated, and all relevant information will be provided to law enforcement.
Our Actions
Rescue Rituals takes the following actions to protect children:
- Content Moderation: We actively monitor and review content uploaded to our Service to identify and remove any prohibited material.
- Automated Detection: We employ automated systems and technologies to detect and prevent the upload or sharing of CSAE.
